How do I access these Services?

You can contact Melville Cares (Inc) on (08) 9319 0900 Monday to Friday between 8.30am and 4.30pm with your enquiry for service.

Your call will be directed to the relevant service coordination area. The assessment officer will contact you to arrange a mutually agreed time and date to visit with you and discuss your needs. Eligibility for service is subject to Home and Community Care (HACC) guidelines.
